Assessment results, scores, and skill evaluations are provided to help users understand their current ability and improvement areas. These results should be used as supporting information and should not be treated as the only basis for hiring, promotion, or employment decisions.
TestYuk does not guarantee employment, recruitment success, certification, promotion, or any specific outcome after completing an assessment.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use TestYuk only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or harmful activities
- Attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the platform
- Copy, resell, or distribute assessment questions without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Violate the rights of TestYuk, Diawan.ID, or other users
7. Intellectual Property
All content on TestYuk, including assessment questions, text, designs, logos, platform features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to TestYuk and Diawan.ID unless stated otherwise.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or use TestYuk content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Payments and Fees
Some assessments or platform features may be free, while others may require payment. Any applicable fees, payment terms, or refund rules will be displayed before purchase or access.
